1. Overview
This document outlines how law enforcement agencies (LEAs) may submit requests for data related to user accounts or platform activity on QuantinoFX, in accordance with international legal and regulatory standards.
2. Permissible Request Types
We accept lawful requests for:
- Identity verification
- Account login timestamps
- Trade execution logs
- Deposit and withdrawal records
- User communications (where permissible)
3. Legal Basis Required
Requests must include:
- A valid court order, subpoena, or warrant
- Jurisdictional authority statement
- Purpose of investigation
- Contact details for verification
4. Submission Process
All requests must be submitted via:
- Email (encrypted): legal@quantinofx.com
- Alternate: compliance@quantinofx.com
- Secure Upload Portal: Available upon request to verified agencies
5. Urgent Requests
For time-sensitive situations involving potential harm, fraud, or criminal activity:
- Mark the subject as “URGENT – Law Enforcement”
- Include justification for expedited review
- Response provided within 24–48 hours where valid
6. Data Preservation Requests
QuantinoFX honors preservation orders (pending legal process). Requests must specify:
- Timeframe to preserve
- Scope of data
- Anticipated legal follow-up
7. Notice to User Policy
Unless legally prohibited, QuantinoFX may notify affected users of law enforcement access requests. Exceptions include:
- Emergency risk to safety
- Court-imposed gag orders
8. Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLAT)
Foreign agencies must route requests via appropriate MLAT or cross-border mechanisms recognized by UTRRA or local jurisdictions.
9. Data Retention Policy
- Trade logs: 7 years minimum
- KYC/AML documents: 10 years post-account closure
- Communications: Up to 3 years
